Launched on October 11, 2024 on Crunchyroll, Dragon Ball Daima – which marked the great return of the license in the world of animated series (while waiting for the return of Super ?), should end soon. This is in fact what the streaming platform Hulu (which broadcasts the anime in the USA) has just implied through a little tidbit.
The end of Dragon Ball Daima revealed by mistake?
As spotted by the site db-z, Hulu recently revealed its broadcast schedule for the month of February. And on this occasion, before the leaders urgently deleted it (strange…), it was possible to read this: “February 28: Dragon Ball Daima finale“.
Information to be taken with a grain of salt today, but which would not come as a surprise. At the current rate of broadcast, the anime would reach its 20th episode February 28. However, in November 2023, this was precisely the total number of episodes that had been teased by Daniel Castañeda, the licensing director of TOEI Animation. A coincidence too big not to be taken seriously.

In other words, at the time of writing this article, so there would only be 6 episodes left before discovering the end of this story. Tight timing given the plot in place, which thus poses a question: will the creative team really have the time to complete everything in such a short time or, conversely, does this open up does he carry it… to a season 2?
