(Ottawa) Former Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland officially kicked off her campaign on Friday to try to succeed outgoing Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, inviting members of her political party online to appoint her “as the next leader of the Liberal Party of Canada”.
