Bug: when my car goes in circles

In the United States, a customer has just filmed his driverless taxi doing absolutely anything. The car just goes around in circles for endless minutes in a parking lot, while the customer has to take a plane to Los Angeles. On the phone, the operator called urgently does not seem able to help him. This is not the first incident. In August, at the depot, these autonomous cars were unable to park, honking at each other and waking up the entire neighborhood.
