“The Diplomat”
Kate Wyler hoped to be appointed ambassador to Afghanistan. “Nobody Wants This”
Attention favorite! On paper, nothing seemed like it could bring Joanne and Noah together. She doesn't believe in God and recounts her romantic struggles in a naughty podcast with her sister. He tries to answer the questions of the faithful of the Los Angeles temple of which he is the rabbi. It's sweet, it's fresh and it plays on the nostalgia of the spectators who happily find Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars) et Adam Brody (Newport Beach). Loosely inspired by the life of its creator, this sweet romantic comedy is “whatever we want”, contrary to what its title says. It gave audiences so many butterflies in their stomachs that a second season was ordered.

“Shōgun”
This is the series of all records. Coming from Japan, Shōgun conquered Hollywood by collecting a record 18 Emmy Awards at the last “Oscars of American Television”. This fresco about Japanese dynasties at war in the 17th century made history, becoming the first non-English series to win the award for best drama series. Inspired by the historical novel by British author James Clavell, the fiction is distinguished by its desire to break with stereotypical representations of the archipelago. A largely successful bet.

“Cat’s Eyes”

An adventure led vigorously by Sylia, Tamara and Alexia in the most beautiful monuments of Paris. After attracting an average of 5.3 million viewers every Monday on TF1 this fall, the live action adaptation of Tsukasa Hôjô's cult manga is available for latecomers from another streaming giant, co-producer.

“Masters of the Air”
Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks close the open triptych with Band of Brothers twenty-three years ago. Hollywood legends are producing an incredible mini-series dedicated to the young Americans who fought Nazi Germany in the air. Nine episodes of high tension and full of emotion, carried by a brilliant generation of actors including Austin Butler (Elvis, Dune 2) et Barry Keoghan (Saltburn).

“Worship”
April 2001. M6 revolutionizes the French audiovisual landscape by putting on the air the very first confinement reality show. Worship brings to life in six episodes the birth of “Loft Story”, from the importation of the concept from the Netherlands to the casting of young Loana, including the emergence of producer Alexia Laroche-Joubert – herself producer of the series. The opportunity to remember that this is fiction and certainly not a documentary.

“Escort Boys”
Winter will be warm or it won't be. After the films The Golden Cage et MissRuben Alves continues his exploration of French society in a series where tenderness has never been so sexy. The director explores the world of escorts through the journey of four Camargue friends forced to sell themselves to get by. A series to (re)enjoy without moderation one year after its broadcast on Prime Video.

“Yellowstone”
“A Montana family, which owns the largest ranch in the United States, is fighting to prevent encroachments on its land”warns a succinct synopsis which says nothing of the stabs, the heartaches and the bloodshed which run through this series created by Taylor Sheridan. America, the real one, that of the cowboys with pride as large as their hats with in the credits Kevin Costner who no longer needs to be introduced and Kelly Reilly (the trilogy The Spanish Inn). The fifth season, new and currently being broadcast in France.
