A very “famous” columnist! It is thanks to an article published this Saturday, September 14 in the daily newspaper “Le Parisien” that we learn that the most famous polyglot in France, Nelson Monfort, will join the group of columnists of “Vivement dimanche”. While Michel Drucker returns tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. at the head of his show broadcast on France 3, the journalist Benjamin Meffre took an interest in the new features of the program.

“I’ve been a fan of his forever.”

About Michel Drucker, our colleague wrote: “To accompany him on set, the face of France Télévisions still trusts the mentalist Viktor Vincent, the cartoonist Emmanuel Chaunu and the magician David Jarre. Added to these pillars is a newcomer who is not at his first attempt: Nelson Monfort. After covering his last Olympics, the 71-year-old sports journalist, hit by the age limit at France Télévisions, will finally still be present on France 3. He will come once every two weeks to “Vivement dimanche” where he will have “carte blanche”. “I’ve always been a fan of his”, says his new employer, delighted to see him arrive at his side“.

For his part, Nelson Monfort said on X, formerly Twitter: “It is a great honor and great pleasure to join this immense professional with a big heart. Can’t wait for Sunday, October 1st!”He was responding to a post by Twitter user Nicolas Malaboeuf who relayed the information regarding his arrival alongside Michel Drucker.

In the “Parisien” article, we can also read that the star presenter of 84 will soon be in charge of two prime time shows: “The man who spent many months in a medical environment to treat serious heart problems will thus co-host with Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine a show paying tribute to nurses. He will also be on the air with “Ma mère, mon père et Michel Drucker”, a prime time during which he will highlight parents of artists with whom he has close relationships.“.
