Three and a half months after its launch, season 19 of Love is in the meadow ended this Monday, December 2 on M6. The opportunity to draw up an audience assessment of the country dating program.
It’s a page that is turning. Since August 19, the faithful of Love is in the meadow followed the sentimental adventures of the twelve farmers of this season 19. But after sixteen weeks of intense emotion, it was time to take stock of this crazy experience. For the occasion, Karine Le Marchand invited the joyful troupe to a campsite in the Arcachon basin for two exceptional evenings, broadcast on November 25 and December 2. And the least we can say is that this 2024 vintage has borne fruit since 8 out of 12 farmers arrived as a couple in the balance sheet, a record not seen in the country dating program for six years!

If this 2024 edition was rich in couples and love, it also made the best times of M6 every Monday evening. And this, from the launch of season 19, followed by 3.53 million viewers (19.9% audience share), compared to 3.2 million (and 18.4% of the public) last year. As for the last episode of the review, it brought together 3.94 million faithful (or 22.3% of the public), compared to 3.96 million (19.5+ of the public) last year. On average, season 19 of ADP attracted 3.78 million viewers every Monday evening (20.1% of the public), compared to 3.81 million last year (18.9% audience share).. If the audience remains stable in figures, the audience share increases by 1.2 points. A score all the more impressive given that the competition was tough with the launch of new big series, like Brocéliande and Cat’s Eyes.

But the habits of the French have evolved and many viewers catch up on their favorite show on replay. And here again, big success for M6+ – which nevertheless offered the episodes a week in advance – since in consolidated audience on D+7, season 19 of Love is in the meadow was followed on average by 4.6 million followers, compared to 4.3 for the episodes of season 18. A very good omen for season 20 to come.
