Moroccan female participants in the dating show “Qesma w Naseeb”, broadcast on YouTube, are currently the target of an intense smear campaign on social networks.

Malika, a participant in the first season, and Majdouline, a candidate in the second edition, are accused of tarnishing the image of Moroccan women through their participation in this program.

These harsh criticisms prompted Malika to speak out publicly about the consequences of her television adventure. She revealed that she had suffered family conflicts and threats because of her search for a partner on the show.

Majdouline, for her part, did not escape lynching on social networks. Her behavior, deemed contrary to morality during the competition, sparked indignation among some Moroccan Internet users.

As a reminder, “Qesma w Naseeb” is a reality TV show that brings together young men and women from different Arab countries on an isolated island, with the aim of finding love. It is filmed in Turkey.
