This week, tension rises to Double Occupancy Mexico. The strategies are more and more present as the couples all try to find their way towards the final trip, which will take place in Europe. Yes, the candidates will finally leave America!

In order to determine which first couple will come close to $600,000 in prize money on Sunday, November 24, the candidates had to follow the good old method: consensus. No anonymous voting, fitness challenge, communication game or twist ; the duos simply had to get along.
If, for many, it was obvious that the “ golden couple » Aleksa and Kristina would be the first to reach the final, a change of direction: it was ultimately Catherine L. and Raphaël who obtained the first tickets for Alpe d’Huez, in France. Moreover, some couples will also have the chance to discover Switzerland and Italy during short getaways during the final trip. It is impossible to know which ones or how they will be chosen.
Four couples will take part in the final journey, but it is likely that only three will reach the live grand finale on November 24.
According to predictions from Narcity Québec, the couple of Catherine L. and Raphaël will also be winners of this edition.
Catherine L. and Raphaël from Occupation Double Mexico: the first finalist couple. Occupation Double | Noovo
Yes, I dare to get wet with this prediction. Of course, there could still be twists unexpected. We remember the separation between Fred and Audrey during the finale ofOD in the West. Without it, the duo would surely have won the adventure, while Frédérick Robichaud, currently host, was the fans’ favorite. Until the final episode airs, anything can happen.
As of November 13, three out of four duos going to the final trip are confirmed: Aleksa and Kristina, Félix and Solène and Raphaël and Catherine L.
However, even if many think that Aleksa and Kristina’s victory is assured, nothing is certain. Kristina’s behavior deemed “privileged” is not unanimously accepted in Quebec households, as some fans have reported on social networks. “Beige” couples with a quiet path very rarely win the game.
As for the duo of Félix and Solène, he is the man who arouses mixed reactions: his frankness is adored by many, but others find this personality trait less appreciable, especially when he talks about strategy. Solène, for her part, seems very popular with fans. I would therefore venture to predict a second position for this couple.
As for Raphaël and Catherine L., their couple is appreciated for its authenticity, in both highs and lows. Remember Marie-Andrée and Anthony (OD Andalusia): Quebecers support people who share their insecurities and open up with vulnerability, like Catherine L does. It remains to be seen whether she will let insecurities take over or not, which could cool fans.
Alix and Alex as well as Anna and Michaël are still waiting to find out which couple will fly to France. Everything suggests that it will be this first duo, while Anna has shared on several occasions that she is ready to leave and/or give up her place.
In any case, it is from November 17 that viewers will be able to start watching the trip to France.
