Emotional elevator for Cassandra. The writer, candidate for Koh-Lanta, The cursed tribewas eliminated on October 29 on TF1, thanks to linked destinies, where she found herself paired with Maxim. Returning to the adventure after winning a duel on the cursed island, she was saved at the last minute last week by her former captain Ugo who had used his immunity necklace in her favor. But this Tuesday, November 12, the 24-year-old candidate was no match for the power of the ex-yellows, determined to go as far as possible together. And this time, Ugo played his necklace for him. An outcome to which Cassandre returns to Tele-Leisure.

Cassandra eliminated from Koh-Lanta, The cursed tribe : “I very quickly understood that it was going to be between Ugo and me

Tele-Leisure : What state of mind were you in in this episode? It seems like you wanted to leave…
Cassandra: I didn't want to leave at all, I wanted to stay as long as possible but I very quickly understood that it was going to be between Ugo and me. Cécile had created very strong bonds with the yellow girls. She was therefore protected by them. I told myself that between Ugo and me, it was him who had to continue but not because I wanted to give up. It's just that he gave me his necklace and it's thanks to him that I was able to go three extra days.

So you consider everything that happened after your rescue a bonus?
Not necessarily because when I came back, I told myself that we were going to be able to do things with Sophia and Charlotte. But on the council, when I saw that there were votes against me even though I didn't expect it at allI really understood that the yellows wanted to move forward together as a team of five and that they were not going to change their minds. After more than 30 days of adventure, the affinities are strong.

In this episode, you narrowly miss winning immunity against Jacques in the star test. What did you miss?
Flexibility in the ankles (smile) ! No, I don't know. It's true that Jacques is a former dancer. He is very, very flexible, he is very comfortable. And I was paralyzed and my feet gave out. When the body no longer responds, there is nothing more we can do. But Jacques was better.

Koh-Lanta, The cursed tribe : Was Cassandra aware of Ugo's immunity necklace? She answers

During the council, Ugo created a surprise by taking out a second necklace. Did you suspect its existence?
No, I wasn't aware he had another necklace. But I was happy with it.

You spent a lot of the episode looking for a necklace for him…
Yes, but I didn't tell him that. It was something I kept to myself. I told myself that there was no point in talking to him about it if I couldn't find anything. Maybe if I had explained to him what I was doing, he would have said, “Don't get tired“, or “Get tired for you, not for me“But in any case, it's something I did in my area.

Do you now consider yourself a real adventurer?
It's true that at the end of the adventure, I was much more assertive and I had more confidence. At the beginning, I was not an adventurer, I had no knowledge of survival. And there towards the end, I learned a lot of things: how to fish, how to gut fish and even how to find cassava. Anyway, I was almost in my element at the end. I knew where to look, I knew what to do, and I was much more confident than at the beginning when I was a little lost.

Do you have any regrets about your Koh Lanta ?
I regret not having had at least one individual event, like the star which I would have really liked to win.

Cassandra (Koh-Lanta 2024) looks back on his participation in Ninja Warriors on TF1

You have participated in the past twice at Ninja Warriors on TF1 during seasons 5 and 7. How did you find yourself in this program?
I trained in with friends in a gym called Warrior Adventure. It’s a room where you can practice doing obstacle courses. Some of the obstacles are in the show. And I was doing pretty well because I have a good power-to-weight ratio. It was the director of the room who advised me to apply, telling me that there aren't many girls who try it. I said to myself: “Why not ?“.

Your two appearances were never broadcast on the air. Do you regret it?
I fell at the third obstacle both times, but they were different obstacles. I knew that I would not be selected for the editing because we were warned beforehand: out of 200 candidates, they only broadcast 100. But if I was asked to go back, I think I would accept because it's really nice. It is not comparable to Koh Lanta but it’s still a great experience. And then, never two without three! Maybe I'll have less stress this time.
