Series – Nice surprise in 2021, the Arcane series unveils its second season, highly anticipated by fans
After three years, fans will finally have the right to the sequel. Landing in 2021, the Arcane series saw its season 2 finally arrive this Saturday. Appearing without any particular expectations from the general public, this series which takes place in the world of the “League of Legends” video game was a nice surprise for insiders and laymen alike.
Produced by Riot Games, and directed by Fortiche Production, its first season was so critically acclaimed that this second season carries heavy hopes and great expectations.
A first season of discovery
In the first season, spectators discovered the story of two League of Legends champions, Vi and Powder (better known under the nickname Jinx), two sisters who belong to rival gangs in the world of Runeterra. While a conflict is brewing between two cities Piltover and Zaun, which have the particularity of being located… in the same place. Piltover occupying the upper and rich part of the city while Zaun is located in the unsanitary and poor underground parts of the city.
So the second season opens after the rich events that open the conflict at the end of the first season.
When and where to watch the series?
As with the first season, the broadcast of the second will be spread over three periods consisting of three episodes each.
