Émile Proulx-Cloutier is one of those actors that we love to see transform on our small screen, to offer us always different and magnetic characters. Between the tender Louis in Perfect Moments and the impulsive François in Before the Crash, there is a world of difference.
His latest performance allows us to discover a new dark side, as he plays the guru of the Agusta sect in Reasonable Doubt. Since the beginning of the season, we have felt in this plot that there is something wrong, but his Veda does everything to seem like the best human being possible. Is he really?
It is no surprise that we confirm that this plot will end in the last episode of the fourth season of Reasonable doubt.
In a final attempt to collect proof, Charline will be sent to the Agusta Center, to experience “her transformation”. Not far away, Alice Martin-Sommer and her colleague are listening, ready to intervene in the event of a problem.
And there will be problems!
Without saying too much, so as not to spoil your viewing pleasure, know that you will be treated to an absolutely hypnotic performance from Émile Proulx-Cloutier, while his character will reveal his true nature, not without surprising you in the process.
Charismatic, grandiose and deranged, Véda will attract all eyes, in a striking scene which will not be without making you shiver a little. But is it really a threat?
Tune in for the final episode of the 4th season of Reasonable Doubt, Monday November 11 at 9 p.m. on -, as we are left with a suspense for the 5th and final season.
Remember that Marc-André Grondin explained to us, in an interview, why he wanted to leave Reasonable doubt. An interview to read here.
