“There was a day when I spent my time throwing up!” Samuel Le Bihan recounts the extreme filming of the new France 2 TV film

2 is offering this Monday, November 4, the opportunity to spend the evening in the company of Samuel Le Bihan, not in the shoes ofAlex Hugo but in that of Yves Parlier, in the film Alone. A unit whose filming was not easy.

It's a project that seems to matter a lot to Samuel And Bihanaccording to the energy deployed by the latter to ensure its promotion. This Monday, November 4, France 2 broadcasts the TV film Alone (our opinion), headlined by the performer ofAlex Hugo – soon to be back in new form. A unitary story on the incredible story of the navigator Yves Parlier (Samuel Le Bihan) during the 4th edition of the Vendée Globe in 2000, who, while leading the race, “dismasted“, and found himself alone in the open sea…

We were exhausted!” Samuel Le Bihan recounts the extreme filming of Seul, the France 2 TV film

An incredible epic whose filming was not easy, as Samuel Le Bihan told us. “It takes a lot of money to film at sea” he says with a smile. “As we didn't have any, we set off like warriors, to bring back the most authentic film possible.“. To our colleagues at Télé 7 Jours, he explains, when asked if he has encountered any difficulties: “It was just that! If you want to have as many problems as possible, go make a film at sea! As we didn't have the means to shoot in the studio, we only worked with reality. We were too hot, too cold… We were adapting to the weather, but we were exhausted.”

Alone : There was a day when I spent my time throwing up!” says Samuel Le Bihan

But the climatic conditions were not the only difficulty encountered by Samuel Le Bihan: “I also got seasick” he admits. “There was a day when I spent my time throwing up! And like I had to lose 10 kilos for the sake of fiction, I watched others eat while I had to make do with next to nothing. It was nothing but trials. But at no time did we refuse this difficulty. We welcomed it as an element of play, which nourished a sincerity that we were trying to find. And then, from time to time, it's good to do things a little crazy! Especially in TV, because we have few resources…“concludes little Angia’s dad.
