Like every evening, Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine was on the air on France 5 to host the show C à vous. After relocating her set to Cannes for the 77th edition of the Festival, the host is now focusing, among other things, on the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris. Accompanied by her loyal team made up of Émilie Tran Nguyen, Patrick Cohen and Pierre Lescure, Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine received, on Thursday May 30, 2024, modern pentathlon specialist Élodie Clouvel. This summer, the 35-year-old athlete will therefore practice the five sports that make up this very complete discipline, namely: fencing, swimming, horse riding, pistol shooting and running. Behind the scenes, the sportswoman was able to meet Prime Minister Gabriel Attal, a guest in the first part of the evening, in rather worrying circumstances.
After welcoming Élodie Clouvel on set, Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine spoke of a scene that took place earlier behind the scenes. As he left the filming premises with his security teams, Gabriel Attal found himself face to face with a gun “which absolutely caused crazy panic behind the scenes”. Indeed, the athlete came “armed” with her laser gun in order to present her sporting discipline on television. “They (the Prime Minister’s bodyguards, editor’s note) thought you were armed when it was a laser gun,” the host then explained, wanting to be reassuring. “Yes, they were afraid,” said (…)
