On the eve of its broadcast, Lily Collins, Emily in the series, was invited onto the set of Quotidien on TMC, resumes Tele-Leisure.
Yann Barthès took advantage of his visit to discuss Brigitte Macron’s presence in the hit series produced by Darren Star. The First Lady had already made an appearance in the first season, in 2020. She was only visible from behind, at the Elysée.
“I didn’t dream”
“I still have to pinch myself to make sure I didn’t dream it. Brigitte Macron invited Darren (Star) and me a few years ago. She wanted to talk about the series to tell us how much she loves the series, how grateful she is for what it has brought to Paris.”confided the interpreter of Emily Cooper on her meeting with the wife of Emmanuel Macron. Brigitte Macron would have confided to her having “loved appearing in season 1” and the discussion of a possible appearance in the new season came up.

Four years later, Brigitte Macron responds. “She was funny, she was great, she was very warm and she improvised, we had a great time.”shared Lily Collins on the set of Quotidien, taken up by Tele-Leisure.
“She appears as herself”added the actress, who has not yet revealed in which episode Brigitte Macron will meet Emily Cooper.
