The book was written by Serge-Henri Saint-Michel, strategic planner and marketing consultant. After spending nearly 20 years in agencies, he is now a strategic planning consultant for SMEs and SMIs, as part of Marketing-PME, which he founded in 2007. He is also founder of Ateliers-Prepa, preparations in the CELSA, License 3 and Master 2 competitions; co-founder of Marketing Communication Academy andpublisher of Marketing-professionnel.fr.
