In Spain, a CEO who has all the qualities hides major flaws: on Arte, the comedy “El buen patron” plays with appearances. Franck Dubosc as a fake disabled person does the same. While a documentary usefully alerts you to the pitfalls of student life.

The boss of a factory that manufactures scales does everything to make his employees happy, which gives him the right to fire one of them! To this character that Louis de Funès could have played, Javier Bardem brings both a seduction and a duplicity which give the flavor of this scathing social comedy.
