This Thursday, September 19, Morgane (Audrey Fleurot) and Karadec (Medhi Nebbou) fly to . Episode 6 of season 4 of HPI sees the two colleagues travel to the far reaches of the Brittany region to investigate the unexplained disappearance of a young woman from several years ago.

This investigation in the French Wild West will lead Morgane to meet Karadec’s parents. It was in fact the commander’s father, a retired gendarme, who had taken care of this case at the time. The opportunity for the commander to finally settle his scores with his family…

Karadec’s brother is absent.

Although this new episode of HPI finally allows us to meet Karadec’s parents, played by Afida Tahri and Didier Flamand, there is one key character in the family who is absent: Sofiane, Karadec’s brother.

This secondary character, played by Omar Mebrouk, was a key element during season 1 of HPI since he had pushed Karadec to confess his feelings to Morgane in the final episode. Unfortunately, during the shooting of season 2 of the police series, Omar Mebrouk was on the set of Para//èles, a science fiction series for Disney+.

To justify the character’s absence, the writers had chosen to have him move to Quiberon. Sofiane had however made a brief appearance in two episodes of season 3 of HPI.
