The book box

Another possibility: you can put books that you no longer need in a book box. These devices have spread in recent years.

The concept is simple: a locker, chest or other box installed in a place accessible to all is intended to receive the books. Anyone who wishes can drop off and/or take some.

These receptacles are installed in certain public parks or even in certain private residences.

You can always discuss it with your neighbors if you live in a co-ownership, it’s an opportunity to exchange works.

For the rest, you also have the possibility of slipping your books into collection bins (like containers for recycling clothes). The list of these points is available on the site ourecycler.fr.
