Laeticia Hallyday is no longer hosted by a friend: her new refuge with Jade and Joy after the fire in her house

Like many other stars, Laeticia Hallyday lost everything in the fires which ravaged the city of Los Angeles, destroying her villa in the process. But where has she lived with her daughters Jade and Joy since the tragedy?

The start of 2025 will remain a trauma for the residents of Los Angeles. Since January 7, the city of angels has been plagued by a series of major fires, notably in the neighborhoods of Pacific Palisades, Eaton, Hurst and Sunset. These fires, fanned by violent winds and extreme drought conditions, caused unprecedented destruction. So much so that the American president, Joe Biden, described them as “the most devastating fires” of California history. It must be said that the losses were considerable: while more than 25 people lost their lives, nearly 12,000 structures were destroyed, including iconic sites such as Palisades Charter High School and the Belmont Publishers, which housed valuable archives of the composer Arnold Schoenberg.

Among the many residences affected, that of Laeticia Hallyday was not spared. Located in Pacific Palisades, the home of the widow of the legendary Johnny Hallyday was completely destroyed during the fires of January 2025. “It wasn’t just a house. It was our refuge, our rebirth after the chaos of mourning. It is between these walls that we healed our wounds, that we learned to live with absence, to rebuild days lit by love despite the shadow of loss.“, lamented Jalil Lespert’s ex-partner upon discovering the damage.

Where do Laeticia Hallyday and her daughters Jade and Joy live now?

Without a home overnight, like other stars such as Billy Crystal or Mel Gibson, Laeticia Hallyday was able to count on the support of those close to her. The 44-year-old widow first found refuge with one of his friends, Christina Apostolidou, before moving into a new home in Malibu. As revealed Gala in its January 23 edition, Jade and Joy’s mother moved in with them, as well as their dog Cheyenne, saved from the flames, in a house furnished and lent by a friend, who currently lives abroad. Still according to our colleagues, the small tribe should live there at least until next Augusttime to get back on your feet. In the meantime, several of their relatives brought them clothes, Laeticia Hallyday and her daughters having lost everything in the fire of their house…
