Lautaro Martínez once again shook the nets. His strike during Wednesday’s match against Sparta Prague, on matchday 7 of the 2024-2025 UEFA Champions League, allowed him to become part of the prestigious history of Inter Milan.
Martínez, with a perfectly executed volley, opened the scoring in the Czech Republic, becoming Inter Milan’s all-time top scorer in this competition.
The prolific striker now equals Adriano’s tally of 14 goals, which held the record since leaving the club at the end of the 2008-09 season.
