Airvault, the Val-d’Or choir has resumed rehearsals

After the concert given in Irais on 1^is December 2024 for the benefit of the 79 Parkinson Committee and a break during the end-of-year holidays, the Val-d’Or d’Airvault choir resumed its rehearsals on Monday January 6, 2025, an opportunity to end this resumption by sharing the cake . With a staff of around forty choristers, the Val-d’Or choir begins this year 2025 with a few projects including its participation in the show organized on May 8 in the Soulièvres hall to celebrate the 80^e anniversary of the Liberation.

Some dates are becoming clear for the second half of the year: an intervention in Louin at the end of the seniors’ meal in October, a concert with Anne Naudin (Compagnie Champ de Lunes) in Saint-Loup once the village hall is operational and a concert on December 14 in the Twin Church. These different moments allow the choristers to try out different repertoires, French songs, sacred songs, gospels, patriotic songs…

Rehearsals take place every Monday from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. room 2^e floor of the CCAS in Airvault. No need to have musical skills to join this choir, always looking for new singers.
