In 2025, the Inclusive Communication Prize will experience its 3rd edition. With an unchanged mission: to promote the adoption of good practices of inclusiveness by communication actors in French-speaking Switzerland. Registrations are open from January 21 to March 1, 2025. This competition is organized by Deframedin partnership with KS/CS Communication Suisse and the French-speaking Public Relations Company (SRRP).
After two successful editions, the Inclusive Communication Prize returns to promote campaigns that are committed to equality and diversity. This award highlights good practices and encourages players in the sector to adopt more inclusive communication.
The opening of registrations was announced on Tuesday January 21, 2025 during Com’ON organized by KS/CS Communication Switzerland, which is a partner of the prize with the Société romande de relations publique.
Wanted: diversity of applications
Previous editions have shown that inclusiveness can apply to all areas: cultural mediation, institutional campaigns, fitness, public transport, or even awareness of sexual harassment. In 2024, the “Good practices in inclusion” category, open to communication actions that do not have inclusion or equality as their theme, had gathered slightly fewer proposals. The organizers therefore call on all communication stakeholders, whether public or private, to submit their projects. The goal is not only to judge awareness-raising actions, but also classic advertising campaigns for any product or service.
“Our objective is to show that inclusion is not reserved for certain themes, but that it can be integrated into communication in all sectors of activity, whatever the communication objectives”, insists Erica Berazategui , project manager at DécadréE.
A diverse jury
Unchanged, the jury is made up of equality and communication experts:
· Valérie Vuille, director of DécadréE
· Joëlle Moret, equality and diversity delegate at the City of Lausanne
· Héloïse Roman, equality project manager at the City of Geneva
· Vincent Antonioli, president of the French-speaking Switzerland regional commission of KS/CS Communication Switzerland
· Romain Pittet, co-president of the SRRP
For the second time, the youth jury, made up of people under 25, will also award a favorite prize.
Awards ceremony: The winners will be revealed during a ceremony to be held on June 17, 2025 in Lausanne.
