A traffic accident occurred this Tuesday, January 21 on the Poretta road, near Bastia airport. A road top truck overturned in the middle of the day, ending up on the other side of the guardrail.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
The driver, slightly injured but conscious, was treated by firefighters and transported to the Bastia hospital center to receive the treatment necessary for his condition. The exact circumstances of the accident remain to be determined.
For the moment, the top truck has not yet been removed from the roadway.
