A season 2 for At the dawn of America ?
Despite this resounding success, a sequel seems compromised for the moment. Conceived as a miniseries, At the dawn of America offers an ending that leaves little space for an obvious sequel. However, precedents like Big Little Lies or Nine Perfect Strangers show that miniseries can sometimes evolve into series with several seasons. Asked about this by Deciderdirector Peter Berg said: “Right after I finished filming, I looked at all the actors – at least the ones whose characters were still alive – and I felt such affection for them… I think that somehow other, we could continue if Julie O’Keefe.
