Intel B570 cards 12% slower than B580, but at what price?

In a very clear way, Intel has said time and time again that Battlemage cards are not intended to compete at the high end. The idea is rather to offer modern products, but at low prices.

The release of the Arc B580 cards confirmed this ambition with a recommended retail price of only $249, for much more than respectable performance. According to the tests we carried out at Clubic, Intel even had the best performance-price ratio on the market. Not bad for its second generation since its return to the graphics card market.

Better still, Intel was in a sense a double whammy, since the B580 also offers the best performance-watt ratio on the market, defeating all models, whether offered by AMD or NVIDIA.
