Devastated, Anne. D – who lost everything because of this emotional scam – also provided new details regarding the ordeal she experienced. She thus claims to have been scammed due to a certain vulnerability, which would result from her relationship with her ex-husband. The latter would be “ a narcissistic pervert ”, who would have “ stole (his) work money ”, according to him. A tumultuous history which would have considerably weakened it.
“Unfortunately, I fell into this very well-crafted scam because I had been living with a narcissistic pervert for 14 years, who even stole my money from my work (…) I couldn’t take it anymore and he was holding me back financially because he made me sell my company and all that to have control over me, who had always been independent; It was not my ex-husband who filed for divorce, but me! He went so far as to bribe my daughter, telling her that he would pay for her studies for the year on the condition that she send a letter to me, making me look like I was crazy. » (Anne D.)
