Just before singing the Canadian national anthem during a Val-d’Or Foreurs match, Loïc Trépanier, 24, learned that he would be of the first variety of Star Academythis Sunday, on TVA.
Singing teacher Véronic DiCaire traveled to Abitibi to surprise the young man in front of hundreds of hockey fans. Surprised, Loïc certainly was, especially since the team of Star Academy moved to the mining town.
