PSG has recruited a future Ballon d’Or

In the summer of 2023, PSG secured the services of Ousmane Dembélé. Indeed, the capital club has lifted the €50 million release clause for the former FC Barcelona striker. According to Julien Stéphan, Ousmane Dembélé will win the Ballon d’Or one day if he improves his finishing. And fortunately for PSG, their number 10 is stacking goals this season.

Eager to strengthen its attack, the management of PSG set its sights on Ousmane Dembélé in the summer of 2023. While the French international had a release clause, the capital club lifted it. By spending around €50M, the PSG therefore tore off Ousmane Dembélé au FC Barcelona.

Dembélé would be Ballon d’Or “if he had a better finish”

Since the start of his career, Ousmane Dembele’s is clumsy in the last gesture. Indeed, the 27-year-old striker has never been a great scorer. But since the start of this season, Ousmane Dembele’s is much more effective in front of the opposing cages. And if he continues like this, number 10 of PSG can apply for the Ballon d’Or. According to Julien Stephaninterviewed by The Parisian, Ousmane Dembele’s would be Ballon d’Or “if he had a better finish”. It remains to be seen whether the 27-year-old will win the Grail in the jersey of the PSG in 2025.
