EXCLUSIVE – This 34-year-old man born in Morocco is suspected of having strangled the 24-year-old young woman in her studio last December. The victim’s mother had encountered him shortly before the incident.

“If you awaken the devil in me, you will find me”claimed Fouad L. before the criminal court in December 2017. Then aged 27, he was tried alongside his brother. The duo was then sentenced to four years in prison. Their fault? Having stabbed a young man several times then punctured the tires of his vehicle.
