The Viaud team is above all a beautiful family story: Sophie and Christophe, the parents, and Charlotte, Jean-Michel and Mathieu, the children. Located in its premises at 268 bis and 259 rue d’Ornano, it has just celebrated its 40th anniversary. A long career which continues smoothly with the recent passing of the torch to children.
Another novelty, with the expansion of the historic store, opposite, at 259 rue d’Ornano, a new space is essentially reserved for the production of art photography: image processing, printing on paper photos, from the printing of the lamination on aluminum to the manufacture of frames, all in an artisanal and tailor-made manner.
Artists
“Our work falls into four themes: photography, graphics, printing and framing,” explains Christophe Viaud.
“The pleasure of creation never leaves us. We have been immersed in it since we were little. We have a loyal clientele who call on us for all kinds of creations, from visual identity, from the layout of media to communication for all events,” explains Jean-Michel Viaud, the son. “We are as much artists as artisans. We have adapted to the evolution of our profession and we bring our touch of modernity,” explains Mathieu Viaud.
A founding member of the De regard et de coeur association, the Viaud team is also involved in promoting art in Bordeaux by bringing together local artists for exhibitions: photographers, painters and sculptors.
