It will serve as a professional springboard for young people at the end of their course, in addition to the application catering located within the Lycée hôtelier, next to the Zénith, which puts table service into practice.
-In testing for six months
This food stand will be inaugurated on Tuesday January 7. Under test for six months, it will be one of the three catering units currently present at the 500, alongside Azterren, which offers local cuisine, and a stand of West Indian specialties.
With this project, the Lycée hôtelier de Toulouse is taking a new step in supporting young people towards their professional integration into the hotel industry, in a booming neighborhood.
Les 500 opened their doors in December 2021, on an area of 500m², and is intended to be an experimental laboratory. They also have a café-bar and a recreational area for families. More than a hundred cultural and sporting events are organized there during the year.
