Accessing the data, analyzing each session and observing its working method is something priceless. I can't wait to test myself.”

The time spent as a reserve driver was an opportunity to gain experience by closely observing the work of the team and his teammate. “In recent years I have followed every detail. I attended the meetings, listened to the communications during the races and studied the technical briefings. They were precious moments for my professional growth. About Max, however, there is no doubt that he faces situations in a calm manner. Outside the car, he manages to isolate himself from everything that can distract him. This approach impressed me and I believe it will be fundamental for me too.”

Waiting for the debut in Australia

Lawson's official debut will take place during the Australian Grand Prix, which will open the season on 16 March 2025. The debut will be the first step in an ambitious challenge, which will see him measure himself against the expectations of a top team and with the competition direct with the reigning world champion.
