Inter, Marotta: “Inter will not intervene in January: I'll explain the two reasons”

During his speech at Sky Sport before the match against Como, the president of Inter Beppe Marotta also responded to a question regarding the January transfer window which will open in a few days. A session in which, at least judging by the words of the Nerazzurri number one, Inter will not make any moves:

We are close to the market, do you think we can operate in defence?
“No, in January I believe that we will not intervene for two reasons. First of all we have a competitive squad that meets our objectives. Then the January market is a repair market, more often than not it does not offer opportunities. Since we are Inter, I believe that we will not we will do nothing: we have a squad that gives guarantees for the future.”

On Inzaghi's future?
“I think the results speak for themselves, Inzaghi has integrated very well into our club, he has a splendid relationship with both the owners and the management. He has proven to be a great coach, I hope this marriage can last even longer” .

The goals for 2025?
“Let's say that the closest trophy is the Super Cup, we would like to consolidate this relationship. But it is clear that Inter participates in various competitions and has the obligation to run at the top, we must try to win as many matches as possible. If that doesn't happen then We will check why we failed.”
