Brou. 5 Awards for Hénault Charcuterie.
True to form, the Hénault de Brou charcuterie took part in the National Festival of pâtés in the French provinces, on 1 is December, in Mignières. Christophe Hénault and Dorian Bois won five prizes.
Forty candidates were in the running. The juries were made up of thirty professionals and consumers.
