As any host knows, inviting a lot of people to the house is never easy, even less so during New Year's Eve. The house must be impeccably decorated, the menu must adapt to everyone's preferences and expectations while being original enough to be remembered for a long time. If decorating your interior with your most beautiful garlands and making a tree worthy of Christmas films is more of a pleasure than a chore, putting together a festive menu ranging from aperitif to dessert is not as easy.
