Absence of doctors
How can we make our hospital attractive? How can we motivate doctors, knowing that joining an extremely small team implies an increase in on-call duty and on-call duties to the detriment of personal life? Creating territorial teams means creating a medical team to intervene on the two sites of Millau and Saint-Affrique and ensuring the sustainability of care, this system works for the medical biology laboratory, why would it not work for other services?
Caylus EHPAD

Request a full-time director in Saint-Affrique?

What future for our public hospital?
