This is sad news for the world of sport. Sportswoman Amandine Chazot, known for her exceptional stand-up paddle performances, died after battling illness since 2021.

Amandine Chazot had left her mark with an impressive record: six French champion titles and two world vice-champion titles.
In his last message published on Instagrama little over a month and a half ago, she spoke of the ordeals of recent weeks while recalling her fierce fight against illness.
“Right now my life is as difficult as riding this wave. I struggle not to let go, but I'm still holding on and still enjoying the journey.” she expressed under a video where we could see her sliding on a wave. Amandine Chazot was the mother of a little boy named Cilian, who was born on February 1, 2021 and who was the fruit of her union with Boris Jinvresse She also worked as a radiologist at the Cornouaille hospital in Quimper alongside her sport.
