Two teenagers aged 15 and 16 are in police custody this Sunday, November 24, 2024, the prosecution announcedAFP. They are suspected of being involved in the murder of a 40-year-old man on the night of Friday to Saturday, in Blagnac, a town located in the inner ring of Toulouse.

According to The Dispatch the suspects were arrested by the Search and Intervention Brigade (BRI) early this Sunday. The prosecutor's office also informed theAFP that he intends to request their indictment from the investigating judge this evening.

The stabbed victim

Video surveillance images show the two young people chasing the victim, who was found stabbed to death a few hours later. They also show that one of them returned to the place where the 40-year-old man died. “The motive remains to be clarified”said the prosecution. The Dispatch relays a police source.
