After the death of Lady Di, did Charles III really “sacrifice” his son Harry to improve his image in the United Kingdom?

In a new documentary, a source claims that the loss of Prince Harry in the early 2000s would have allowed Charles III to improve his reputation, tainted by his extramarital relationship with Camilla.

Exiled in California for four years, Prince Harry (40) continues to reveal the less glorious behind the scenes of Buckingham Palace, where he grew up with his parents, Lady Diana and Charles III. Through interviews, biographies and incriminating documentaries, he has often denounced the actions of his family, between manipulation, wickedness and dubious strategies. Often attacking his older brother, Prince William, and his father, he did not spare his stepmother, Queen Camilla, whom he describes as a stepmother, calling her on several occasions “wicked » and “dangerous”. A new documentary, entitled Queen Camilla: The Evil Stepmotherintends to rekindle tensions.

As reported by Daily Express a friend of the king’s wife claims that Prince Harry would have been voluntarily exposed to public criticism. In 1997, when Lady Diana died in a car accident in , the United Kingdom already knew of the extramarital affair between Charles III and Camilla. Their reputation was at an all-time low, while Diana, the deceived and betrayed woman, had won the hearts of the public. After this tragedy, and wishing despite the mourning to live their love story out in the open while restoring their image, the couple would have put in place a strategy. According to the documentary, Camilla called on Mark Bolland, a public relations specialist, who advised them to exploit Prince Harry’s excesses (drugs and alcohol). A way of diverting attention to him to mitigate criticism of them.

An anticipated cure

In 2002, Mark Bolland allegedly orchestrated the media coverage of Harry’s time in a rehab center, so that his father appeared as a devoted father, trying to support and support his son. “I think it was a very bad decision on Bolland’s part. I think Charles would realize today that he shouldn’t have allowed this to come to light. We have the impression that a son was sacrificed so that his father had a better image,” said Petronella Wyatt, British journalist, author and close friend of Camilla.

Especially since Prince Harry has often claimed that his excesses and his decline had been largely exaggerated by the press. The documentary also mentions a set-up, specifying that Harry had visited the rehab center several weeks before the “media revelation”. Proof of orchestration, also explains royal historian Robert Jobson.

These revelations thus reinforce Prince Harry’s accusations against the Crown, which he accuses of exploiting its members to preserve the institution. Nevertheless, even if the damage seems to have been done, Petronella Wyatt appeals to Meghan Markle’s husband, inviting him to put this past behind him and “move forward”.
