Mohammed Amoura, elected best Algerian player of the 2023/2024 season after a vote by journalists and supporters, shared his impressions at the microphone of La Gazette du Fennec. The talented striker spoke about his victory, his time at Union Saint-Gilloise and his promising future with Wolfsburg. Interview.
Author of an exceptional season which captivated the screens and amazed football fans, Mohammed Amoura was elected best Algerian player of the saison 2023/2024 after a vote by journalists and supporters. At our microphone, he did not hide his pride in winning this first edition of the Fennec d’Ororganized by The Gazette du Fennec : “I am very happy to receive the award for the best Algerian player of the 2023/2024 season. I will continue to work even harder to achieve better performances this year. I also wish the players of the national championship great success so that they can play at the highest level.”
“Always stay optimistic”
.His remarkable season withUnion Saint-Gilloise allowed the Belgian club to distinguish itself in Europa Leaguenotably thanks to a memorable victory against Liverpool (2-1) during the group stage, where Amoura scored a magnificent goal.
