The official PSG/Toulouse team compositions have just been revealed: Safonov is the starter, but the real surprise comes from the tenure of Zague.
Just an hour before kick-off set for 9 p.m., the official PSG/Toulouse team compositions have just been revealed and Luis Enrique has, as always, reserved a few surprises in his starting lineup for this post-international break match. Announced on the sidelines, Yoram Zague is finally the starter and he will be lined up at left back, as on the first day in Le Havre (4-1).
Concerning the rest of the composition of PSG against Toulouse, we find Safonov in the goals protected by a line of four which will be composed of Judge, Skriniar, Beraldo et Zague from right to left. In the middle of the field, it is indeed the expected trio with Neves as a sentinel, Zaire-Emery as a right torchbearer and Gifted as left relay.
On the side of the PSG attack, we will find Dembele's on the right side, back from his little injury, Asensio in the role of false tip and Stagger left as always. PSG should play in 4-3-3, like every match.
The composition of PSG against Toulouse: Safonov – Hakimi, Skriniar, Beraldo, Zague – Zaïre-Emery, Neves, Doué – Dembélé, Asensio, Barcola.
On the Toulouse side, the composition chosen to challenge PSG also contains a few surprises since coach Carlos Martinez Novell decided to deprive himself of his Chilean left side Suazo, who returned late from the selection. He is replaced by Akdag. Another surprise, Sidibé is withdrawn and replaced by Kamanzi. No surprises, however, in attack with the Gboho/King/Aboukhlal trio as for several weeks. TFC should line up in the usual 3-4-3 against Paris.
