887 anti-Semitic incidents recorded in the first six months of 2024
Since the attacks perpetrated by Hamas against Israel on October 7, 2023, acts against the Jewish community have increased on French territory. According to a note from the National Directorate of Territorial Intelligence (DNRT) at the Ministry of the Interior, anti-Semitic incidents jumped by 192% in the first half of 2024 compared to last year. Thus, 887 anti-Semitic acts were recorded in the first six months of this year.
