Géraldine Maillet: “Particularly disgusting”, interviewed on TPMP she delivers what is on her heart

Model in the 90s, Géraldine Maillet has perfectly succeeded in her reconversion into the literary field. At 52, Daniel Riolo's partner publishes her 19th baptized Roman My tiny (Ed. Harper Collins) in which she talks about her beloved grandmother, who suffered from Alzheimer's disease. If she shines at book fairs, the former queen of the podiums also shines on in TPMP.

Since 2016, Géraldine Maillet has become a recurring figure from Cyril Hanouna's successful talk show. A show that she considers to be a family dinner where she notably finds her best friend, Valérie Benaïm. In the podcast Censorship from our Belgian colleagues from Télépro, the columnist confided in her role, which is close to her heart, in this daily meeting which could well stop dead in three months.

For eight years, Géraldine Maillet has been very present around Cyril Hanouna's table. Every evening, she debates current affairs and often controversial social facts. Despite her numerous clashes with the host of TPMP, the columnist would not miss this meeting for anything in the world. “For me, it's the time of the agora, fighting timethe time of contradictory opinions, of dispute…”she told our colleagues at Télépro.

Asked about the shutdown of C8, Géraldine Maillet spoke of the consequences of Arcom's decision on the TPMP teams.
There are 400 people on the carpet : technicians, hairdressers, makeup artists, editors. There is an entire economy that is being flattened and I find that very, very violent”she estimated.

“In a difficult economic time, where there are many people who have difficulty finding work, I find it particularly disgustingcontinued the author who assured that she would know “to renew” in case of TPMP shutdown. Géraldine Maillet also confided that she owed a lot to Cyril Hanouna and that she was ready to follow the paf troublemaker in another group.
