Pétanque / Provençal game: the members of the Boule d’Or de Balaruc saw triple

In Balaruc-les-Bains, the members of the Boule d'Or achieved a great performance this season, with three titles won.

During the final of the Hérault club championship, in a Provençal game, the club beat Maurin to validate its accession to the championship. The team was made up of Thierry Ruiz (captain), Alain Boyer, Pierre Anselme, Ludovic Brun, Gilles Majorel, Kévin Monnand, Quentin Boutieres and Dominique Bouvier.

A month later, on November 1, the team composed of Gilles Majorel, Pierre Anselme and Marie-Pierre Simon beat that of Bouzigues to become champion of Hérault in mixed Provençal.

The Balarucois shone in the Provençal game, but it wasn't bad at pétanque either. On Sunday, November 10, the Boule d'Or was thus involved in the final of the Division 2 club championship. Balaruc-les-Bains then beat Gigean, obtaining the title of champion and accession to Division 1. This day- there, the team was composed of David Phily (captain), Nicolas Phily, Stan Gorgan, Cédric Adler, José Cortès, Simon Fernandez, Bastien Sierra and Cyril Dell'Ova.
