Since the comedian’s accident while under the influence of drugs, Pierre Palmade left Seine-et-Marne for Bordeaux.
On Wednesday November 20, 2024, the trial of Pierre Palmade opened before the Melun criminal court. The comedian is on trial for aggravated involuntary injuries, after the serious road accident that occurred following his use of narcotics in February 2023. This took place on a departmental road in Seine-et-Marne. Three members of the same family were injured, including a child and a woman who subsequently lost her baby. Shortly before the trial, the actor took refuge near Bordeaux.
Pierre Palmade’s new house near Bordeaux
As reported by our colleagues from ParisianPierre Palmade acquired a new house near Bordeaux. In fact, shortly after the accident, he sold his house in Cély-en-Bière, in Seine-et-Marne. Since then, he has lived in a gentrifying suburb, near Bordeaux, in the Barrière de Bègles district. As a reminder, Bègles is a town in the southern suburbs of Bordeaux.
While awaiting his trial, Pierre Palmade therefore settled near his sister, Hélène. He then lived in a fairly quiet area, close to schools and the city center, in a “house without ostentation”. As our colleagues explain, local residents sometimes see the silhouette of a “broad-shouldered ghost”.

Since then, according to relatives, he no longer drinks or does drugs, learning to live healthier. However, most of the time he stays at home watching television. “He already has his prison… He doesn’t do anything anymore […] He goes out to do his shopping and that’s it.”confides a relative. In addition, Pierre Palmade risks a sentence of 14 years in prison, as well as a fine of 200,000 euros and damages to be paid to the victims.
