Thursday in Vincennes – Urgent Prize: Lionheart among the entrants

Before the final list of starters, which will be known late Tuesday morning, there are thirteen remaining entered in the Prix Urgent (Gr.III – 2,700 meters GP), reserved for ridden 3-year-olds who have not won 125,000 euros, Thursday at Vincennes. Winner of six of his seven competitive outings and undefeated in two attempts under the saddle, Lionheart (É. Raffin) will be there, less than a month before the Prix de Vincennes, on December 15. The protégé of Nicolas and Jean-Michel Bazire will notably have to face Looping Day (A. Barrier), author of a thunderous debut in this specialty on October 30 in the Prix Louis Tillaye (Gr.II), winning ahead of the two Group I winners, Lexie de Banville et Little Orélie. Respectively third and fourth in the Saint-Léger des Trotteurs, on October 12 in Caen, Lovissimo (G. Martin) and Lake are also announced, as well as The Thug of Almo (P.-P. Ploquin), Lucas (A. Rebèche) or even Libertine Djob (A. Collette). Another great mounted event will also be on the program for this meeting, the Prix de l’Île de Ré (race B), in which we expect a nice chase between the two trotters bred by Éric Lambertz, Gazelle de Val et Val Impalaet Extreme Desboiswho will be forced to surrender twenty-five meters.
