Mini’s small electric SUV opens its order book and announces its first prices. It thus starts a little lower than a Jeep Avenger but is not entitled to the CO2 bonus.
With the Aceman, Mini finally has its city electric SUV, which makes it possible to soften – relatively – the prices of access to the range of the English manufacturer. Relatively, because the youngest is still priced from €36,000, positioning it between the €35,900 of the Fiat 600e and the €38,000 requested by the Jeep Avenger. Where things go wrong is that the Aceman is not entitled to the CO2 bonus due to its Chinese manufacture, a shortcoming which will only be corrected from 2026.
Two batteries and four finishes
The range is based around two batteries: the E, offering 184 hp and a range of 301 km as well as the SE, offering 218 hp and a range increased to 402 km. Regarding equipment levels, the basic Essential version at €36,000 concentrates LED front and rear lights, glossy black inserts on the body, 16-inch alloy wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control and adaptive cruise control.
For €42,930, the Classic finish adds heated front seats and steering wheel, head-up display, 18-inch rims, induction smartphone charger as well as front and rear lights with more elaborate light signatures. At €44,290, the Favored level completes the allocation with sports seats, a panoramic roof and 19-inch rims accompanied by silver details. For €45,000, the sportier looking JCW is adorned witha specific body kit with numerous gloss black details, black 18-inch rims and a sports steering wheel.
