Hostage taken in Issy-les-Moulineaux, a man holed up in his restaurant

The owner of a restaurant in Issy-les-Moulineaux, a close suburb of Paris, “is holed up” on Saturday in his establishment where he “detains a few employees”, the Paris fire brigade (BSPP) told AFP ). A large police force surrounds the restaurant a few dozen meters from the Paris ring road, AFP journalists noted.
