Following the recognition of the state of natural disaster for 95 Ardèche municipalities, individuals, communities and businesses in these municipalities have a period of 30 days from the publication of the interministerial decree on November 5, to send their claim report to their insurance company. The monitoring and support unit for territories and businesses (CeSATE) set up by the prefect of Ardèche and the departmental director of public finances on October 25, following the Mediterranean episode of 16 and 17 last October, met this Wednesday, November 13.
The departmental directorate of public finances (DDFIP) indicated that its services “will show kindness towards affected companies and individuals (priority processing of files, granting of deadlines) who are invited, in the event of difficulties, to contact the center public finances on which they depend.
For communities having suffered damage to uninsurable property, they are invited “to send the list of properties concerned and an estimate of the cost of their reconstruction. “Farms affected by production losses linked to climatic hazards can still report via the “simplified procedures” platform.
