“Adapting to climate change: what are the needs, what are the prospects for cities and territories? »
Carine de Boiezon, EDF group Impact director, and Maximilien Rouer, author of the book “La France bleu, blanc, vert” and member of the Mazars Cabinet, will share their expertise onadaptation of cities and territories to climate change. Together, they will discuss the solutions and strategies needed to strengthen the resilience of communities in the face of climate challenges. A key moment to understand the actions to be taken in a context where transformations are necessary.
“Yes, agrivoltaism has potential! »
Lucie Maillard, expert in renewable energies at EDF, and Audrey Juillac, farmer and president of the French Federation of Agrivoltaic Producers, will reveal the potential of agrivoltaics. This innovative model combines solar energy production and agricultural exploitationproviding sustainable solutions for farmers and communities. Concretely, agrivoltaism consists of installing photovoltaic solar panels on agricultural land, thus enabling the production of electricity while promoting the development of crops below. Carine de Boisenton, Impact Director of the EDF group, will also provide her perspective on the integration of this technology in the energy transition.
Adèle Wickersheim, director of the Grand Projet Urbain Mulhouse DMC, and Quentin Riblier, project manager at Urbanomy, a subsidiary of the EDF group, will present their project to transform the former DMC industrial wasteland in Mulhouse. They will address the challenges and solutions encountered in redeveloping a brownfield site while integrating principles of sustainability and decarbonization. This project embodies the future of rehabilitated industrial sites, in combining urban planning and energy transition.

Cécile Laugier, DPN environment director at EDF, and Bruno De Cherge, director of Water, Environment, Territories and Climate at EDF, will discuss the crucial issues linked to water management in communities. They will present concrete solutions to optimize the use of water resourcesa precious asset in a context of climate change. A moment of discussion to understand how EDF supports communities in sustainable water management.

Céline Szczyrba, head of the employment strategy and diversity division at EDF's Human Resources department, will host this conference on diversity in recruitment. She will present EDF's initiatives to promote inclusiveness andimportance of diversity within teams of EDF employees.
